Warranty - All computers that we sell will be on a one-year warranty. For the extent of the warranty period, labour and all parts replacement will be free of charge, except for defective parts which are due to customer negligence. All other hardware will have a one year warranty. Maintenance/Technical Support - Our technical services department is the largest on the island offering repairs and maintenance for a wide variety of computer hardware, printers, UPS's, monitors, etc. Maintenance contracts can also be arranged where our technicians are responsible for carrying our periodic in-house services to your equipment. The cost of maintenance contracts vary as equipment purchased from ACT, which are under warranty, are taken into consideration. The response time for ACT to act on any call made to our service department, in relation to maintenance, will be no more than four (4) hours. The customer can expect a representative from ACT to be on site within this time to offer speedy resolution to any problems. More complex problems, which cannot be handled on-site, will be brought to ACT's service department for further diagnosis. Except for the replacement of parts which are not readily available, the customer can expect to have his equipment back in working condition in two days or less. ACT will also ensure that all equipment are properly installed and are operating to customer specifications. |
