1. Entry level 64k Service plan is EC$199.00 per month plus a 10% Government tax. Other plans include 128k, 256k, 512k, and higher. With each account you will receive:
   
   
   • Up to 5 email addresses
   • 5 MB of personal web-space
   • Unlimited usage
   • 7 day a week local technical support
 
2. Customer must complete an Application Form.
 
3. A connection fee of $500 is due and payable on signing the application form.
 
4. With ACT-Online Wireless solution, customers must supply computers or workstations within the following Operating Systems specifications: Windows 98/ME, NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP.
 
5. Customers will need a wireless adaptor card and an antenna. Customers could either purchase or have the equipment included as part of the wireless service plan to ensure maximum uptime and compatibility.
 
6. The customer must provide ACT-Online with permission/authorization for antenna to be located and installed on the wall or roof of the facility/home.
 
7. Installation and configuration of ACT-Online Wireless Internet Service at the Customer location may take 1-2 hours and may require 3-7 working days lead time.
