Job Summary As part of the team approach, the Customer Service Coordinator will deliver world class quality customer service by providing a single point of contact to report problems, make inquiries and track requests through to resolution. The successful candidate will assist in resolving day-to-day
service issues, always being careful to make an excellent first
impression; perform proactive customer contacts, order fulfillment
tracking, and work on special projects. Specific duties include:
responding to customer calls, voice mail and email; analysing customer
inquiries; routing requests for assistance to the appropriate
departments; and staying informed of all policies and procedures that
