Antigua Computer Technology Co. Ltd. (ACT), a leading provider of technology solutions and Internet services, invites suitably qualified individuals to apply for the post of Customer Service Coordinator.

Job Summary

As part of the team approach, the Customer Service Coordinator will deliver world class quality customer service by providing a single point of contact to report problems, make inquiries and track requests through to resolution.

The successful candidate will assist in resolving day-to-day service issues, always being careful to make an excellent first impression; perform proactive customer contacts, order fulfillment tracking, and work on special projects. Specific duties include: responding to customer calls, voice mail and email; analysing customer inquiries; routing requests for assistance to the appropriate departments; and staying informed of all policies and procedures that affect customers.


Required Skills

The qualified candidates will have:

  • At least 3 years hands on customer service experience in a computer related/Internet Service support environment
  • The ability to multi-task and work independently within a fast paced environment.
  • Strong history of excellent customer service, customer advocacy and problem resolution
  • Professional phone manner, high energy and positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively on technical issues with both technical and no-technical customers.
  • Proven understanding in Computer, Internet products and services
  • Familiarity with computer software applications and operating systems
  • Attention to detail and follow through, oriented with strong organizational skills.
