ACT has announced its employee of the third quarter of 2002. He is Novan Francis, a technician, who is best known at ACT for his professional attitude towards his job.

Novan has been best described as a technician who approaches his job with competence and in such a manner that customers have been requesting.

He is always willing to lend a helping hand to customers who are having technical problems not only with their hardware but with software as well. The new employee of the quarter has been with ACT for just under a year and has brought to the company a vast wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in Jamaica and Dominica as a Systems Analyst.
